Frequently Asked Questions

1. Click the “Claim Business” link at the top of the page, and you’ll get to the view below. Fill in the requested details for your business. In this case, the user is karen@blockchainintel.com

2. For the business you want to claim, click the “Submit Claim” button. In this case, the user is karen@blockchainintel.com.

3. Go to your profile by clicking on your profile name and clicking on “Edit Profile,” in this case for the user karen@blockchainintel.com

4. TrustB will send an email to the email contact associated with the business. In this case, the email contact is karen@blockchainintel.com

5. Log into TrustB using the email contact associated with the business, in this case karen@blockchainintel.com. In that profile, you’ll see “Claim Business Requests” in the left hand navigation. Click on “Claim Business Requests.”


You’ll see that you have one Claim Business Received (in this case for user karen@blockchainintel.com).

6. Click on the “Transfer Ownership” button to transfer ownership of the BlockchainIntel listing to the user karen@blockchainintel.com.
7. As a result, user karen@blockchainintel.com will have BlockchainIntel listed as one of “My Merchants” in her profile.

2. Click on My Merchants in the left hand Navigation.

3. Click on the Edit button next to the business profile you want to edit.
4. Update your business profile as needed and click on submit when finished.

2. Click on General Information or Social Profiles to edit your user profile.

3. Click on Save when finished with either section.

1. Create a user profile.
2. In the upper left hand corner of TrustB, click on Add Merchant.

3. Go through each page and fill in the information you want shared on TrustB. Click Next to get to the next page of the profile. The progress bar at the top shows how much of your profile is complete. When finished, click Submit.
